Every summer, we have stories that reveal broken souls mended, love that is inclusive, and joy that offers consolation. With Summer Camp right around the corner, we are covering our families, kids, and staff in prayer with the hope they will leave this summer feeling whole again. We reached out to a few of our summer staff members to share what we are praying for.
This summer we expect:
A RESTORATION of faith, families, and hearts
A radical outpouring of IDENTITY into our teens, so they walk away from camp noticeably more confident to be leaders in their schools and communities
Kids of all ages will be RECONNECTED with the blissful innocence and excitement that play can bring
A record number of kids attending camp, because we know more children in our building means more children TOUCHED by the Lord
UNITY among the staff so our kids will know how to love their neighbor
Our parents to be TRANSFORMED and their perspective towards their children to shift, so they can see their kids as Jesus does
A summer that is the most fun so that our kids know the JOY of the Lord
Tiny broken hearts will feel LOVED and whole again
COMPASSION to overcome our staff every single day
